By The Bae – Versova
Located at a prime spot where koyla was there before, this place have one of the most beautiful ambiences in mumbai. Decorated by leaves, flowers with some colourful designs on tables.
It even have a rooftop area which have that same ambience with a beautiful view.
I tried :
> Banana Nutella Shake : This was good option from the very few in mocktails. It can be improved if nutella flavour is infused more as banana was masking the whole taste.
> Berry Cooler : This was a good option, only a bit less ice is better here. With some salt on the rim and lemon in the glass this was perfect in terms of a tangy taste.
> Prawns Tikka : These were perfect in terms of spice and size of prawns was also big enough. The marination was perfect and it was served with some onion and lemon along with a cup of the spicy indian chutney❤️
> Chicken Supreme Tadka : Long boneless strips of chicken marinated and fried with in house spices giving it mild spicy taste. Served with the same chutney.
> Bae Chinese Lunch : A bowl of fried rice, a bowl of noodles with a bowl of gravy which you like. There are 2 options in gravy- Butter Garlic/Manchurian. You can get it in veg/non-veg. I tried the butter garlic powder gravy with chicken in it. The quantity of gravy with chicken pieces were perfect. The quantity of rice and noodles could have been more.
> Texture of Chocolate : Desserts are not there in the menu yet. Texture of Chocolate was available there so i thought to give it a try. Scoop of icecream with some bread crumbs, some pomegranate and wirh a chocolate layer on top of that. Chocolate sauce on top of it breaking the layer of chocolate. The plate was full of chocolate and vanilla icecream.
