So i thought to get a cake, and I was in full traffic jam at Malvani. Searched on zomato for popular places for cake and the name popped out “Chunky’s Cake Shop”
I headed there somehow escaping from the traffic, a lovely small joint which serve a lot of delicious variety of cakes from chocolate to berry to fruit.
“They even have 2 of their fabulous and creative flavours named – Rasmalai Cake and Gulab Jamun Cake”
I thought to try for Rasmalai cake as the presentation from the top was extremely luscious. A lot of sprinkled pistachios with some yellow cream and a lot of rasmalai pieces on the top of it giving it a heavenly look
Got my order headed towards my home , luckily the traffic was a bit low and was non congested. Kept the cake in fridge for approximately 15-20 mins to get a refined taste.
The cake was then cut off into pieces.
The luscious cake was much more of cream and rasmalai with pistachios. Less of bread but howmuch ever bread present was spongy and was very freshly baked. It was worth a try definitely.
