Drifters is located at the Inspire BKC business Hub.
Minimal interiors make this place look classy.
The service is a bit slow.
Food:
Stuffed kulcha balls: Soft kulcha with mushroom filling, served with a green chutney, which was way too spicy.
Crumbled cottage cheese: This was kinda bland and dry, the cottage cheese wasn’t marinated well enough.
Veg dum biryani: The aroma of the biryani was Mind boggling but but, elaichi in the first bite ruined my experience.
For the desserts, we had
Cream caramel: Soft cream caramel, but the caramel had a bitter after taste. (not recommended)
While the food was a big let down for us, their brew house did justice to the name, with a great variety and taste of beers.
