Mostly Grills – The Orchid Hotel.
Located at the top floor of the orchid hotel, this place is a open rooftop outlet with a beautiful view to the airport on one side and a pool on the other side.
The quality of the food here is high quality and the pricing are high as well.
This rooftop place have different section for each group/table so giving personal space to everyone which was a plus point there.
The service here is just quick enough with obidient staff who helps in recommending as well. I was assisted by Mr. Amit who helped us go through the menu well and try some delicious food there.
I tried :
Grapes with apple juice and mint fused together in a perfect quantity, this drink was the perfect drink for the night. A good option in mocktails.
Sparkling Cucumber Lemonade : A water based drink made of cucumber as the main ingredient along with some good quantities of lemon juice making it a tangy drink.
Mexican Sizzle Chicken : Spicy chicken on a sizzler plate topped with tomato salsa and with complimentary fries which was a good combination to try off. I really liked the quantity of food served and the portion size are quite generous.
Murgh Malai Kebab : Well narinated chicken with some cheese and yoghurt tandoor well and presented on a barbeque, 6 pieces of malai chicken served with some salad and the mighty green chutney.
Khush Parda Murg : The creamy and buttrey gravy made full of spices and with few hints of tomato and huge chicken pieces in it. We tried it with butter naan which was a good combo to try.
Dal Tadka : A really outstanding dish. Highly recommended to try here. The dal with takda along with steam rice was served amazingly. The quantity was sufficient for 2 people.
Rasmalai : It consists of flattened balls of chhana soaked in malai topped with chopped nuts. The portion size was good and was found to be perfect and was not tooo sweet as well which was a plus point.
I would recommend this place if you wish to spend your time in rooftop place along with your personal space❤️
